Who uses this app

The app is for personal use by the owner of this household only. It is not offered to the public, and no other people can sign up for or use it.

What data it accesses

• Status and controls for the owner's own Google Nest devices, such as thermostat temperature, humidity, mode and camera events, through Google's Smart Device Management API.
• Device event messages delivered through Google Cloud Pub/Sub.

How the data is used

The data is used only to show and control the owner's own devices inside the household's Home Assistant server and on the owner's own devices, such as a desk control panel.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored only on the household's own server. It is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train any models.

Removing access

Access can be removed at any time from the Google account's third-party connections page or from the Nest app, and the related data can be deleted from the Home Assistant server.
